ODA x PONYBOY collaboration brought together fashion, nightlife and community-led storytelling in support of Dissonance, a short film by Glasgow-based artist Aderayo exploring queerness, Blackness, identity and belonging.

ODA garments featured in the fundraising shoot and the final film, contributing to the visual world of a project rooted in personal experience, creative expression and the realities of building a life and artistic practice in Scotland as a Nigerian-born artist navigating visa insecurity.

Alongside providing production support for the project, PONYBOY helped bring the fundraiser to life through a club night that united music, art and community to raise essential funds for the film’s completion, Aderayo’s visa-related expenses and continued artistic development. The collaboration reflects ODA’s commitment to using fashion as a vehicle for storytelling, while supporting queer artists and creative communities whose voices and experiences deserve to be seen and heard.
