At ODA, each garment is crafted through a meticulous, hands-on process where textile manipulations, painting, dyeing, and bleaching are all completed entirely by hand. This process is integral to ODA’s design philosophy, with every piece bearing unique marks of craftsmanship that reinforce the brand’s commitment to slow, sustainable fashion and creative resistance.

Due to the artisanal nature of our garments, slight variations in colour, texture, and finish are intentional and should be celebrated as part of the piece's individuality. All textiles are washed and treated during the production process, but please be aware that some natural dyes, bleach treatments, or painted elements may still be prone to slight transfer or staining, particularly onto lighter fabrics.

We advise the following care guidelines to preserve the longevity of your ODA piece:

• Purchasable Apparel: Machine washable on delicate settings at 30°C. Hand washing is recommended for more delicate pieces. Do not tumble dry.

• Rentable Garments: Spot clean only. Do not machine wash. ODA rental pieces are made with experimental treatments and fabric manipulations, and any unauthorised washing may damage the garment or affect its finish.

• Hand-Painted & Dyed Pieces: Avoid prolonged contact with water and light-coloured fabrics. Store away from direct sunlight to maintain the vibrancy of colours.

By purchasing or renting from ODA, customers acknowledge that each garment is an artistic expression - a one-off creation made through time-intensive, sustainable processes.

C. Orders

By placing an order on the ODA website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. ODA reserves the right to reject or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: inaccuracies in product information; stock availability; or potential fraud.

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. If these conditions are met, a full refund will be provided. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was sent.

ODA does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you can return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
